How it works?
Register
Choose your daily or annual service plan on our website or through our mobile application.
Unlock your bike
Tap your user code first and then your Pin Code on the Smoovebox to Unlock your bike. You can also use your transport card to unlock a bicycle.
Return the bike
Insert the bike in one of the free docks and wait until it appears : "Return in progress", gently move the rudder from left to right, wait again until it appears : "Correct return" and your journey will be over.
Choose a plan
It allows you to make an unlimited number of trips under 30 minutes for 24 hours:
Minute 0 to 30: Free
Minute 31 to 120: S/ 2.00 every 30 minutes or fraction
Over minute 121: S/ 7.00 every hour or fraction
Rides longer than 30 minutes incur overage fees
(*) S/ 0.88 for administrative expenses
(*) Starts upon completion of payment
(*) A S/ 50.00 solvability test will be done, this amount will be return to your credit card.
It allows you to make an unlimited number of trips under 30 minutes for one month :
Minute 0 to 30: Free
Minute 31 to 120: S/ 2.00 every 30 minutes or fraction
Over minute 121: S/ 7.00 every hour or fraction
Rides longer than 30 minutes incur overage fees
(*) S/ 1.54 for administrative expenses
(*) Starts upon completion of payment
(*) A S/ 50.00 solvability test will be done, this amount will be return to your credit card.
It allows you to make an unlimited number of trips under 30 minutes for one year :
Minute 0 to 30: Free
Minute 31 to 120: S/ 2.00 every 30 minutes or fraction
Over minute 121: S/ 7.00 every hour or fraction
